I've been a wreak without the support! I'm freaked out because I have my appointment at the free clinic at 2:30, and talking to strangers about getting reduced medical care takes so much out of me. In addition to the stress, I had my first complete evac since January last night. Man, it was awful. So I'm trying to treat myself gently today, but all this stress is killing me on the inside!
