Hi folks, We all deal with stress everyday--that's a fact of life. However, as you know, if you suffer from Irritable bowel syndrome -- IBS-- then you probably deal with a whole lot more stress than people who don't have IBS. In fact, many doctors now believe that STRESS may be a leading cause of IBS. But then, having IBS causes more STRESS. Sounds like the chicken and egg argument, doesn't it? Never the less, IBS sufferors live this nightmare daily. I've done a lot of research on the subject of stress lately, and I've come across some pretty interesting facts about stress and how it relates to IBS. Found out some jaw-dropping facts. I've written a report on my discoveries and hope that it will help you in some way. If you are interested, you can get a copy below. And, of course, there is no cost to you. Life is not always fun, but . . . it can get better. Warmly, Blake
