I think i should actually take it every six months now to rid myself of extra yeasat. i know I have systemic yeast issues, but the probiotics also help keep it in check. Do you take acidophilus or any of that? you can get it cheap, and I found the regular store brand is working as well as the expensive ones did for me. Once you're cleaned up, start on them and then you can take breaks and now I'm at the point of taking two of them once a week to repopulate the good bacteria. It helps the whole system.
