My Dad was just dx with a chronic CPn infection/CFS, and found a site that was very helpful. He's now on the protocol, and supposedly it helps people with MS, CFS, IBS, and many other chronic conditions. The susceptability to harbor this bacteria in its chronic form apparently runs in families, and we have several suspects now. However, our family is using my Dad as a guinea pig, so I'm waiting to see how it goes before I try and convince my Dr. to let me on the protocol. Here's the link: www.cpnhelp.org.
