One of my best friends is a teacher and her principal had it out for her too. She was a bitter lady and had her favorites and one or two that she picked on. My friend tried to do tons of extra things (staying late, coaching, holding events) but it never changed her view. Nothing was ever good enough. The ONLY way for my friend to survive was to apply to another school. She got in and the new principal is fabulous. I would say try to GET OUT! Another close friend of mine is a teacher as well. She teaches gifted students and she says that following the ciricumlum (sp?) is sooo frustrating. Being a teacher is HARD WORK!!! Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
