I was posting about B12 shots about two weeks ago when I got my first one - and lemme tell you - I need to buy a button that says I HEART my B12!!!! Any fear you have of needles will evaporate when you see the results of this shot! Before the shot, I was fatigued to the point of falling asleep while people were talking to me, falling asleep at work at my desk about 8 or 20 times a day and really, just not being able to functiont through the fatigue. The first week after the shot, besides continuing achiness from the inflamation in my intestines, I havn't felt better in years! The second week it did drop off alittle, but I'm doing okay now - my husband says I probably just feel like a normal person as opposed to my first week B12 high - but maybe I will become a B12 addict because that first week was GREAT! But next week I plan to see if taking a sublingual B12 again, so maybe that will carry me through the next 15 days to the next shot. I HEART my B12! I hope you have good results with it too - and don't worry, the shot is little and easy compared to others I've had!
