Congrats on the negative lupus test! I'm so glad you're getting tests and ruling out so many other factors of a possible cause! I am beginning B12 shots (self-adminstered, yikes) this weekend. The fibro clinic I went to took 30 vials of blood to retest me for everything I have already tested for and had results in the "normal" range. Their main philosophy of care is to get me in the narrower "optimal" range.

I had a B12 jab among other things on Monday, and I feel more alert now around 4pm when I usually would be conking out. I am presumedly in the low or low normal range for all vitamins and minerals considering I have avoided dairy and most fruits and vegs (unless they're green leafy vegs and boilled to within an inch of their life) for the last 15 years as they are major triggers to my IBS.

Good luck with your test results, and I hope you get the answers you need. Quality of life is something none of us should do without.
