Thanks Michelle for the info. I am not a huge stickler and I thought may be that was why I have an occasional slowing up. I guess that's just the nature of the beast. The only time I really get up tight about it is when we are actually on the road traveling. My husband has trouble understanding why I can't just get up in the morning grab a bite to eat and get on the road. Other then that I'm just working my way through the foods to see what really bothers me and what doesn't. Thanks for the info.
