The B12 deficiency anemia is Pernicious Anemia. It usually results from an inability to produce intrinsic factor that the body needs to absorb the B12. I show signs of heading towards it since my B12 is low and my red blood cells are enlarged. But my doctor said that even though they're enlarged, I have enough red blood cells, meaning I'm not full-blown anemic at this point. They're watching it though.
