I remember when I had appendicitis and they took my appendix out in emergency surgery. Afterwards, I was hooked up to several IV's with the bags hanging on a pole. I had to "GO" and pressed for the nurse.....well, no nurse came. I just had to sit on the edge of my bed and unplug the darn machine ( in terrible pain from just being stitched up) and roll the poles with IV bags down to the bathroom cause I just couldn't wait.
