To be honest, I've never felt better (alright, minus the severe jet lag feeling I have from a cold). I don't know if the Keeper comes in two sizes, like the Diva Cup, but I'm sure the principals go along the same lines. The pull tab looks a LOT longer though. I'm thinking of trimming mine, as my cup has been rising because I've inserted it too far (not an issue, just a tad harder to pull out).
