He can't hold his head up yet...so we have to sit there with him and make sure it doesn't flop around... But he loves it. He actually fussed when we took him out of it! It's so good for developing their 'sitting' muscles. All my neighbors told me to get one, I'm glad I did! The Boppy pillow is awesome too - it's probably the one thing I couldn't live w/o in the middle of the night when I don't have the strength to hold him up to nurse.
