I think its probably the fact that my family and I were able to spend a lot of time together, and get along fabulously. We went on a cruise to the bahamas last spring, a trip to arizona this winter, a trip to norfolk, virginia together for a week this summer, and were also able to spend easter, thanksgiving and christmas all together. I consider myself very lucky for the trips i've been able to go on, and the time i've been able to spend with my family despite living hundreds of miles away from them and being a student and part time job holder.
