When I have a terrible attack I kinda have to remind myself that I only have them every so often (the kind where you sweat, sit on the pot for what seems like hrs then get up and have to sit back down again, feel nausea, the whole nine yards)It helps me, I think, put things into perspective and thank goodness that I don't have them every day or once a week like some. I say, this too shall pass! I have D and my hardest part of dealing with IBS is that I don't eat when I have an attack and I lose weight! I HATE my body to the point that everything I wear I feel sooooooooooo self concious in. I feel to thin and feel like everyone notices. I too hate my IBS with a passion. I wish I could have some kind of surgery that would guarantee a full recovery FOREVER! It's on my wish list P.S.
