We do that, we have something we know we shouldn't, because we're feeling good and thinking, "what the heck, I'm feeling great, I can have this one helping of chocolate mousse!" And before we can finish it, WHAM! BAM! and we're running to the bathroom. Yeah, it just doesn't pay to cheat. We still do it, but we always pay the price.... Your hubby is like mine: a real gem. He serves me Tummy Mint tea instead of Fennel. Sometimes instant oatmeal too. For me, Donnatal is the only thing that will help with an attack like you had. You'll get stable again in no time. You know what to do.
