Reged: 10/14/04 Posts: 2518 Loc: Michigan Tonight was the WORST attack I have had since I began this diet almost a year and half ago. I know I brought it on with what I ate in the past few days, but I seriously thought I was going to die. THe pain in my stomach was so bad I was curled up in a ball on the floor in the bathroom. My hubby was so sweet and said Can I do anything for you. I said please get me some fennel tea. Well after about hour in the bathroom I finally had major D and just like that the spasms stopped. I really hate IBS. I feel like an idiot that I thought I could cheat and my body would be ok with it. I am just feeling down and this attack really brought the reality of this disease to me. I am so sorry for those of you who still suffer from this regularly. I have been lucky to have been stable for so long. I just hope it won't take so long to become stable again. Thanks for letting me vent. I know that my IBS family are the only ones who truly understand the agony and anguish that goes with syndrome. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
