Dear sweet Michele Your pain is heartbreaking. I have no words to help you make sense of what you are suffering, only that I care so deeply for your pain and wish I could be there to take care of you. I think it is very very important that you cry as much as you want and release the pain whichever way works for you, go with what your body wants to do and don't repress it. At this point I believe the only way to cope is to live minute to minute, and with time it will get better. I am so so so sorry that you have had to go through this pain in your lifetime.
