What makes me happy.... having a week's edition of the newspaper go error free.... HA!
but really.... knowing I, and my family, have rooves over our heads and can wake up each morning to set about another day of mayhem.... er, do-gooding. I am happy to be able to work and put my brains and that pesky college degree to some use every day.
I am happy to have a husband who respects me and treats me well, if not in his own, odd way that I've come to appreciate. I am happy to have four "fur" kids who keep me on my toes all day and two of which keep on my toes at night.
Chocolate makes me happy for I can still eat it without it triggering my IBS (especially the Dark chocolate). Beyond the Brim coffee house makes me happy because, well, they rule (and they're locally owned!!!!) and have great food. It's kind of a Cheers of coffeehouses, they know our names we go in so much. 
but what makes me happier than anything (mush alert!) is when my husband, who isn't the most romantic individual in the world, finds someway to let the inner romantic out. I mean really, who else is gonna get me a cast iron mini-muffin tin as a Motorcycle Course completion gift?
