Actually I haven't had TV, well cable anyway, since pre-IBS and I'm with you on this one Bev - I was watching some food network shows at my mom's over the holidays and it was actually pretty depressing because I never realized just how much fat most of them use in their recipes! Not impossible make IBS-safe though, lol
