After being stable for about 2 years I had a horrible attack. It left me exhausted and scared and anxious all over again.
Thankfully, with the help of you lovely people, carefully, carefully watching my diet and re-listening to the hypno I got stable again.
Well I had a little shock last week which I think explains where my attack came from.
I'm pregnant!! Which may not sound that amazing but for anyone here who's known me a while you will remember I endured 3 yrs of fertility treatment and IVF trying to fall pregnant with my second son Will. Eventually we gave up and I fell naturally.
Now with Will only 7 months old I've fallen again. We can't beleive our luck as we wanted three children but thought it would take years again.
I'm only 5 weeks pregnant so have a long way to go but I pray it will all be OK.
