It really does help. The days are dark and gray. I think Cost Co. sells those light boxes...maybe I'll put it on my Christmas list. My doctor wants me to get one. Truly--everyday during the SAD season, I cry uncontrollabley. I sleep all afternoon (awakening at 11 a.m., only to break fast at noon and lately crash all afternoon having nothing to do and no where to go. The t.v. irritates me/nauseates me. I have migraines too.) One year, I even stopped eating for over three months, with the exception of popsicles. I have a problem taking buses as I fall asleep on them. My anxiety is too high to drive.
