Falling asleep while driving....

I am SOOOO tired lately I fall asleep while driving. I know I am doing it but can't help it!!! I am lack of energy big time!! I drag myself through the day at work fall asleep driving on the way home and then crawl into bed when I get there. So I haven't posted in ages or done much of anything.

For those of you who don't know I have Fibromyalgia, so no it is not depression. I just can't get any good sleep.

Anyone have any suggestions on things for energy booster and sleep. I am taking Sonoma (sleeping pill) at night it only stays in my system for 2 hours. It helps me get to sleep but not stay asleep.

My friend suggested taking something called "prosperous farmer" a chinese herb that is supposed to increase your energy. Anyone heard of this??

Fibro gals what supplements are you taking?
