Nice to meet you, I'm Nel! I'm a D too and have allll the triggers you mentioned too! It sounds like you have a good handle on reading your body, which is going to help make you a proactive patient.
I just recently gave up caffeine; having worked for a newspaper office myself it was no small thing (my coffee intake was measured in POTS at the time, LOL!).
Good luck finding what works for you! This is a great site, full of caring people who have great advice... They're a great shoulder to cry on too, and good for a joke and a smile as well. Welcome!
