Heather's Better than Cheesecake with blueberries! A few months ago I had given her some gift certificates to an ice cream store I had won a few years ago. I kept forgetting about them and she had told me she needed to go there and buy an ice cream cake for her husband's birthday. She was so grateful that she decided to make me a dessert I can eat. She got the recipe from her mother and when we compared the recipe it was the same! I just couldn't believe it. She is just one of my best friends and she is always trying to make recipes for me that I can eat. My other friends don't even try. I'm going to have to get her back in a few weeks when she has her little baby . Just had to share since you all can appreciate my excitement. Oh and her's tasted better than mine. I wonder why hehehe. I guess I better take some lessons from her.
