I too pushed over 3 hrs and had a 3rd degree episiotomy(tear). Plus broke my tailbone with my first! It's not fun but it will heal and you'll forget everything about that nasty delivery. You are so lucky she was a small peanut! Remember when they tried to tell you you were having a big baby??? NEVER listen! They are never right about it I'm convinced!!!
