Medical and dental are a MUST! Also, a 401K may not seem important at your age, but trust me -- that 401K that the company gave me 40 years ago is really paying me back NOW; that's my retirement! If you go for hourly, then you only have to worry about the time you put in, not how many pieces you can spit out. And shoot high. You can always come down if necessary.
