Anyone own a Ford Windstar?       10/05/05 07:10 AM Edit Reply Quote BarbaraS Reged: 02/12/03 Posts: 1939 Loc: Wisconsin sorry to be MIA, but after that last debate I haven't wanted to post, but I do lurk. I may purchase a 2001 Ford Windstar in the next couple of days. It only has 34,000 miles on it and the van is at a private dealer. I refuse to deal with the large dealers anymore. This may be my first American car purchase - I've only own foreign vechicles. I own a 1993 Nissan Quest, which was purchased in 1996. The problem is it will cost me about $1,000 for repairs and it needs to be done fairly soon. My rear breaks need immediate attention. My van has close to 150,000 miles and more likely can not get $1,000 for it. Need advice since this is the first time purchasing a car on my own. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
