Are you constipated or with diarrhea? With D, take imodium. With constipation, lots of water, exercise, lots of soluble fibre. I would suggest you go to the eating for IBS board and do a search (hit the search button at the top of the page), also, read all the information on the IBS diet on the top of this page. There's TONS of info on how to eat to avoid attacks and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
