I usually get DH to double-check it and snip off anything I missed, but there typically isn't much. It was actually getting really long, but this weekend I decided I was sick of it being that long and I hacked it off. It's just below my shoulders now. I guess if you have a short hairstyle you probably can't cut it yourself. But that's one of the reasons why I grew my hair out -- I was sick of going to the salon all the time. Plus if I am in a hurry all I do is stuff it up into a hair clip.
