I don't go to Costco to compare what they have. When I lived in London, ON they have both and I would go to the Sam's Club there and I really miss it. I would get my Simethicone and Loperamide there. They are huge boxes and really inexpensive. The Loperamide was a box of 84 pills for around $14 and the Simethicone is $4.80 for either 60 or 90 caps (can't remember). I don't have Costco or Sam's Club here and my membership ran out or I would drive back. So... I am buying my "supplies" at Walmart right now 48 Loperamide for $10 and 30 Simethicone for $3. I looove shopping, hope this isn't more info than what you were asking lol and have a good day. If only I could stop having attacks I would get my butt to class.
