Your story sounds SO familiar. When my girl started school, she did the same thing. That was a very depressing time in my life. She cried everyday for 2 months. She'd cry during school, too. Her teacher said she'd never had one as bad as my daughter!
I felt so bad and so helpless. Nothing I did seemed to make any difference.
I helped out in her class several times a week, and that would help while I was there. But, as soon as I'd leave, she'd cry and cry and cry.
She finally adjusted, but it was a struggle. I hope your little one doesn't have as much trouble, but at least you can know that others have been through it and survived. Terri
