I have been going to one for years and now that I am pregnant, I wouldn't go w/out it. The adjustments really help as well as the massage therapy. The adjustments don't hurt at all. Alot of people are afraid of the sound thinking that their bones are cracking; but it's actually the air in between the joints being released. Like when you crack your knuckles; same thing! My mom is a Chiropractic Assistant, so I have learned alot from her as well. Just be up front w/them at your appointment. Hope you are feeling better soon. Have you tried the Thermacare for back pain? HELPS!!!!!!!!!!
