I take really potent enzymes and Nexium--no problem whatsoever. Raw onion is better on my tummy than cooked. Cooked onion gives me rude heartburn/gas. Also, lots of salad/celery helps cleanse it. I'm in "Eating for IBS" rebel mode, currently. I think I do like the nausea all this pungent stuff excites. I think the allum is thinning my blood, too. I ate a bunch of dill and a bunch of parsley and drank tons of "Tummy mint" tea.
Uh, it does get me moving/running, though.
