Awww, it's nice to be missed Sorry guys, just have HEAPS happening at the moment, plus I was getting a little too diet obsessed so was just trying to give myself a little space to get over it. I've also been non-IBS related sick, sick, sick so have been trying to rest and get over it somewhat. In the meantime I've become a bit of a lurker again. Don't worry, I'm never too far away. Better go, kids screaming and need to go to bed ASAP
