I leave for a semester in Syndey for study abroad on Wednesday (7 days before my 21st bday!) I'm soo nervous I'll be gone for 4 months straight...I'm going to miss my boyfriend like crazy, I hope I can handle it. Anyways, I'm fairly new at the whole IBS thing so I'm still experimenting with things, trying to figure out how my body works. Right now I'm doing acupuncture and it seems to be slightly working, but I can't really tell cuz it's a slow process and I can't continue it once I leave. So I was wondering if anyone from Australia could give me any pointers? Like what some favorite safe brands/restaurants are. I'll only have a kitchenette and a floor kitchen, so I doubt I'll be cooking much...I see lots of frozen food in my future?? I'm mostly afraid of what the time change will do to my body...it'll probably be thrown out of wack Also the day long plane flight! I requested a vegetarian meal but I don't expect to be able to eat it, I'm going to bring plenty of snacks. Does anyone have any recommendations or pointers? One more thing, is Digestive Advantage IBS sold there? Any help/support/advice is welcome and appreciated! Thanks in advance!
