First congratulations on your son. He is so cute. Your experience sounds similar to my first daughter. She was my easiest and she was the same size as your son. She was actually my biggest at birth.
Secondly, I just wanted say I hope yours does stay away. I have IBS-D although it's been very rare since being on the diet. Anyways, mine didn't come back until just recently when my cycle returned. Zoe is almost 10 months old and I am nursing. I'm not sure if that is why. Makes me think hormones are my problem. I just remember being so regular after Zoe was born and even able to eat pizza with cheese. Now it's not as bad it's just I'm dealing with more pain. Actually this week with my first af I was thinking too bad we didn't try to get pregnant a few weeks ago when I saw the signs, lol. That first one is always the worst ever. I really do hope yours doesn't come back. Defintaly enjoy yourself and I really hope you don't have anymore problems. I do think mine is more stress and hormone induced. I did have a pizza with a little cheese and wings the other night without problems too. So it is better than it was.
