Regular Tylenol is 325 mg/pill, but extra strength is 500 mg/pill. I've been taking two Extra Strength Tylenol every 4 hours about 3 times a day for my fibro. I wasn't taking them, and then I finally convinced myself I need them to feel better for the time being, so I've been taking them more. I think the thing to keep in mind is that this study just shows your risk of high blood pressure increases, it's not guaranteed that your blood pressure will.
