I agree with everyone who has written in so far that counseling should be the next step. Talking to someone impartial and objective can be very freeing and help you gain insight. I also agree with your perception that your anger may affect your IBS. I have noticed that I usually have my worst IBS problems when I am very angry. We are rooting for you!
