I was diagnosed with OBS when I was 21ish, and I did go through a really rough patch where I lost a few friends cause I always felt sick and never wanted to go out. The good news is, when you start to become stable, you'll be able to get back out there and socialise, and hopefully rebuild your friendships. That isolation is definitely not permanent!
