I have been taking Tylenol. It helped with the fever. I have a doc appt next Wednesday so I hope we can at least discuss a few things. I do have a magnesium supplement that I was taking for my migraines, but I have slacked off on taking it. I will try to start that again. I try to do a little exercise everyday. I am trying to get into the habit of doing yoga everyday, but it is hard. There are sometimes I just feel like absolute crap and it takes everything I have to even move.
