Well, ok, I'm being silly, but I know there were other people on here who had problems with their IBS bracelets being too big for their wrists, so I thought I'd share what I did to solve the problem. I cut the bracelet, overlapped the cut edges by about 3/4", punched holes with a standard hole punch, and then used grommets - cheaply available at all craft stores and most Wal-Marts - to secure it. The silicone material punches and cuts VERY easily, and the whole "repair" took about 5 minutes. So far so good... and it's nice to be able to stick my hand in a pocket without losing my bracelet!
