Watch fat gram intake. I gave it a serious shot a few yrs ago, for about 5 months, journaled every bite of every day, all fat grams and calories, any exercise I did, etc., and wrote down my weight from time to time... over the 5 months I lost 28 lbs and actually had a huge decrease in IBS-D... but I have since reverted back and gained all that I lost. I know WHAT to do, just won't do it right now. I think I will again, though... it was easy, I really was able to eat pretty much whatever I wanted, just in smaller portions. I'm a serious pop drinker... NO diet pop, just regular stuff... I need to back off of that. I know, I know, it isn't good for IBS, but it doesn't seem to be a factor in mine. ~K~
