In her case, she had a typed of about 30 questions that I'm sure came from the human resources department. She laughed and said, "Oh, I have to ask you at least a few of these questions!" They were the usual: Why did you decide to apply here? What would your ideal working environment be like? What do you expect from your manager? What would your last employer say was your best quality? In your last position, think of a challenge that you encountered. How did you meet this challenge? What would you expect a work day to be like? What about this job appeals to you? Why do you think you'd be the best person for this job? What would you like to be doing in 6 months? A year?
