Havin trouble with constipation >:(       07/06/05 03:55 PM Edit Reply Quote Jessica Anne Reged: 07/06/05 Posts: 13 Loc: Bucks County, PA I've been havin trouble with constipation and it is really gettin on my nerves! I was goin normally until last Sunday and now I'm havin trouble. Right now my Dr. has told me to take a 10 gram packet of Kristalose in the morning and Benifiber at night. He has stopped me from taking certain laxitives, since they actually caused bad cramps. I am hopin for these things to kick in soon, so I can empty out and stop the pressure build up!
