Thank you all. Not a collage student, but am looking to go back to collage this fall. Wet wipes? I'll remember that for any trips I take. Sorry, it's Brach's hard candies. I'll have to switch to Altoids too.

I haven't gone to the diet yet, but I have started using Benefiber. It says take 3 tablets 5xs a day. Do I really have to? I don't trust it. I'm taking 2 tablets 3xs a day and so far it's okay. I get D sometimes but otherwise I don't feel bad from it. I will start up the dosage soon. Any thoughts?

Now I've been watching my diet, but some places don't always offer grilled food. I'd eat salads if they weren't on the bad foods list. What do I do? I'd hate to go on a date and have the need to use the restroom at some point of the date. That also goes for church and any other important thing. Plus, I think the wafers the church gives out is made with milk or wheat. BTW, grilled salmon is great!!!

Anyway, thank you again for letting me sound off.
