I am not a teacher but I do work in the schools as a school psychologist and next Tuesday... we're back (kids on Wednedsay). I have been trying to be very faithful about exercise as well and planning how I will keep it up once the school year starts. I have a daughter starting high school this year too, which adds to my worries (though she's a great kid, so I am just being a mom in borrowing trouble). I also HAVE to watch stress-induced eating! I ate too much sugary stuff after lunch (something I don't usually do) and I have been sooo tired all afternoon! I absolutely need energy to cover all the bases once I return to work and my kids get back into school and all their activities! Good luck upon your return! I do love the beginning of the school year, crazy as it can be. Its also exciting and fun! Andie
