That sounds like a pretty good wearing schedule, but don't push it, if your eyes get irratated take them out for the day! You should only have to put drops in if your have a problem with dry eyes. You may notice that to get worse certain times of the year, such as when you turn your heater on for the first time in the fall, or if you have certain allergies. Being around smoke can be irratating as well. So no, you shouldn't need drops all the time, think of it as lotion for your eyeballs! If your skin feels dry and irratated you put lotion on, if your eyes are dry and irratated you put drops in!!! You will get the hang of the inside out thing, just stick with it. You will be a pro in no time! Be sure you have a fairly decent pair of sunglasses, sometimes contacts can make you more light sensative!
