Just came across your site as i was attempting to find some info, on ibs. I thought you looked a friendly bunch, so i thought id come knocking lol. Im Tracy i am 38, had ibs for years and it drives me nuts. My main triggers are wheat and coffee, so ive waved goodbye to those, which has helped a little. I have 6 children that are not all my own i picked a couple up on the way through. IE. a stepson and custody of my grandaughter.So its a full house here. I have a supportive partner, thank heavens as i find the condition rather embaressing.
