I think that, mostly likely, the insurance company override thing isn't going to do him a lot of good right at this moment, because he's on Medicaid and the state is notoriously a lot more difficult to reason with than even insurance companies are. (I couldn't even get them to cover the birth control patch for me when my IBS was bad and I was afraid that the pill wouldn't be effective because of the D... it appears they'd rather have welfare babies than pay the $40/month. But I digress.)
*However*... he should be eligible for insurance with his new job within the next couple months, so the information might definitely be helpful for then. If you'd rather, you can email - my address is in my profile.
