I got through the funeral...       05/20/05 04:27 PM Edit Reply Quote Yoda (formerly Hans) Reged: 01/22/03 Posts: 3682 Loc: Canada FYI if you didn't know I lost a close friend to cancer this week. The funeral was so sad. The church was full to the rafters and there were people standing on the sides and at the back it was so full. The family seemed to be holding up OK. DH went with me to support me. She was only 43 years old - left 2 kids behind, 8 and 10 yrs old. Anyway, now I just feel numb. I can't believe she's gone. I keep wishing I had just one last chance to talk to her. I guess I just have to trust she knew what she meant to me. Thanks for all the support this week.
